Seasonal Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter
The promoter is Santinni LTD, 34 Morden Hall Road, London SM4 5JF, United Kingdom ("Santinni", "we", "us"). Company number: 12208584 (registered in England and Wales). You can contact us about the prize draw at contact@santinni.com.
2. How the draw works
We run a prize draw at the end of each season. Each draw has one winner, chosen at random from all valid entries received during that draw period.
- Autumn Winter draw: entries received from 1 September to 23:59 UK time on the last day of February.
- Spring Summer draw: entries received from 1 March to 23:59 UK time on 31 August.
The first draw under these terms is the Autumn Winter 2026 draw, which closes at 23:59 UK time on 28 February 2027. An entry counts for the draw period in which it is received only.
3. Who can enter
The draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in a country we deliver to, except employees of Santinni, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw. We may ask the winner for proof of age and identity.
4. How to enter
Enter your email address in the prize draw sign-up form on santinni.com and subscribe to our marketing emails. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
If you already receive our emails, or you would prefer not to subscribe, you can enter by emailing contact@santinni.com with the subject line "Seasonal Prize Draw" and your full name. This free route has the same chance of winning.
One entry per person per draw. Further entries from the same person or email address in the same draw period will not count. Entries made in bulk, automatically, or through a third party are invalid.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. If you unsubscribe before a draw closes, your entry for that draw still counts.
5. Choosing and contacting the winner
The winner will be chosen at random, by a computer process that selects from all valid entries with an equal chance, within 14 days of the draw closing. We will contact the winner by email at the address used to enter, within 7 days of the draw.
The winner must reply within 28 days of our email to claim the prize. If they do not, or if they are not eligible, we will choose another winner at random in the same way.
6. The prize
Each draw has one prize: a Santinni e-gift card. The value shown on our website depends on the currency your shopping region uses:
- £500 in the United Kingdom and in any region not listed below
- $650 in the United States
- €600 in Eurozone countries
- C$900 in Canada, A$1,000 in Australia, NZ$1,100 in New Zealand
- CHF 550 in Switzerland
- 2,500 AED in the United Arab Emirates, 2,500 QAR in Qatar
The prize value is the amount shown when the winner entered. Gift cards are issued in pounds sterling: where the winner entered in another currency, we will issue a gift card worth the equivalent of the displayed amount at the exchange rate on the day of the draw.
The gift card can be used on santinni.com and is subject to our usual gift card terms. There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require it.
7. Winner announcement
Within one month of a draw closing, we will make the winner's surname and country available to anyone who emails contact@santinni.com. If the winner objects to this, we will still make this information available to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
8. Your information
We use the details you give us to run the draw and, where you have subscribed, to send you our marketing emails. We handle your information as set out in our privacy policy. We will not use the winner's name or image in our publicity without their permission.
9. General
We may disqualify entries that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent. We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of technical problems. We may change, suspend or end the draw if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary, and we will tell entrants if we do.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
